Course Details
This is a Virtual Course on zoom all 4 classes must be attended – 100% attendance is compulsory
It is a requirement of this course that you are competent at Google or Microsoft word or similar, power point and have use of a laptop for the class, it cannot be done on a phone.
You will also need access to a printer.
You must complete 1-hour of Micro teaching . At least 1 x 15 mins Micro teaching session will be observed on zoom during the course.

Course Information - All the Inside details!
Blended Learning (In School & Online)
This is a Blended learning Course with Tuition provided as a virtual classroom. Travel to our Schools is not required.
Your ITEC Certificate will not be supplied until your assignments and microteaching sessions have been signed off and fully completed.
We are also adding the option to complete the Assessors Qualification at the same time, this is an extra 2-days and has now become just as important as the Teaching Qualification. With more on-line courses, continuous assessment will be required for practically all courses. The Course fees for Assessors is €650.00 , this can be added at a later stage during the course.
Upon completion of this course , you may decide to study further and progress your skills as an Adult Educator, this can be achieved by the completion of the Level 4 Certificate , you will have completed one of the required modules during the Level 3 course. If interested please ask us for details
Course Sylabus
Dates
- All Sunday’s once per month, 10am – 4pm
- Dates: 25th February 2024 (Induction+ Class), 31st March,28th April and 26th May
- 1 Extra day may be required subject to VTCT/ITEC Assessors availability, this will be agreed in advance with the group
- Sunday starting at 10am all on zoom with a 1-hour break finishing around 4pm

- €1495 for ITEC Assessments and Certification
- Deposit is €495.00
- TESG funding grant applicable - can be up to €1000
